Where it all started
IDF was founded in Utah back in 2015 by two cousins who wanted to take their experience in workflow and technology and apply it to the physical world of warehousing and order fulfillment.
Since then, the company has grown beyond its Utah borders with a warehouse in Kentucky and Ohio. It has grown to employ hundreds of talented and hardworking employees, including a couple more cousins.
Today, IDF is focused on developing operational excellence by leveraging technology, hard work, and great communication skills. They love their customers and are grateful they continue to grow.
Tom Blodgett – Chairman
Tom Blodgett provides strategic leadership and long-term vision for iDrive Fulfillment. With a deep understanding of business operations and growth, he oversees the company’s direction and ensures that core values, culture, and client-focused service remain at the heart of the organization.
ADAM Blodgett – CEO
Adam Blodgett is the CEO of iDrive Fulfillment, bringing over 20 years of experience in business process outsourcing, operational transformation, and customer experience. He has led large global teams of up to 7,000 employees, driving innovation, automation, and successful client implementations across multiple regions. Adam is responsible for setting the company’s vision, culture, and long-term growth strategy.
TYLER BLODGETT – CRO (CHIEF REVENUE OFFICER)
Tyler Blodgett leads iDrive’s revenue strategy and business growth initiatives. He focuses on building strong partnerships with brands, optimizing commercial opportunities, and aligning sales, marketing, and client success. His role is centered on driving sustainable growth while reinforcing iDrive’s commitment to performance and service excellence.
Rob Blodgett – Director, Account Management
Rob Blodgett oversees client relationships and account operations at iDrive Fulfillment. With over 20 years of experience in BPO, technology sales, solution design, and customer management, he ensures every client receives personalized support and operational transparency. He joined iDrive in July 2024 to strengthen partnerships and enhance the client experience.
SHAYNE PIERCE – CFO
Shayne Pierce is the CFO of iDrive Fulfillment, with 30 years of experience leading global BPO organizations. His expertise spans operations, automation, financial management, and business transformation. Since joining iDrive in February 2024, he has focused on financial performance, cost structure optimization, and supporting the company’s scalability and expansion.
